In addition to a comprehensive class schedule 111 Pilates offers private classes for 1 or 2 people. These can be booked at both our Blackheath and Greenwich Studios.

 

We also offer a range of therapies in our treatment rooms at Blackheath covering, Swedish and sports massage, physiotherapy and Osteopathy.
